We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer HRSD with strong hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting HR Service Delivery modules. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of overall ServiceNow experience, with minimum 2 years in HRSD implementation.

Total Experience: 4-6 Years

Location: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including:
  • HR Case Management
  • Employee Service Center
  • Lifecycle Events
  • Knowledge Management
• Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using:
  • Workflows
  • Business Rules
  • UI Policies
  • Client Scripts
• Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and best practices within the HRSD platform.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform rootcause analysis, and optimize platform performance.
• Support release activities, deployments, and HRSD enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with HRSD implementation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR service delivery workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to ITSM modules is an added advantage.
