Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal database.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements and present them to the hiring manager for further evaluation.
• Follow up with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates until placements are made.
