We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating and expanding the reach of our courses.
Roles and ResponsibilityCreate and maintain a database of prospective clients to increase business opportunities.
Reach out to potential clients through emails, cold-calling, and personal meetings to generate new leads.
Collaborate with channel partners to conduct marketing and promotional events, seminars, and workshops in schools, colleges, corporates, and residential areas.
Develop engaging presentations to showcase our business offerings to prospects and build strong relationships.
Resolve client queries and provide excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
Travel frequently within the Pune District to meet clients and expand our network.
Job Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi are essential.
Proficiency in MS Office is required; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to confidently interact with prospects are necessary.
Candidates must be a good team player with result-oriented thinking and a willingness to work towards achieving targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues are vital.
